Mark your calendars students! We have a guest chef joining us Thursday 2/19 for Lunch. Chef Mikey Reisenberg will be cooking a special meal at the Mongo Station. Mikey Reisenberg is the chef-owner of Mashita, a Korean-inspired restaurant in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Born in Seoul and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, he started Mashita as a food truck in 2013 to explore his cultural roots through food before expanding it into a full restaurant known for blending Korean flavors with creative, modern dishes.Button
